PROXIES
A member of the Foundation is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the Meeting instead of the member. A proxy need not be a member of the Foundation.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the Proxy Form. To be effective, the form must be received no later than 6:00pm on the Monday 18 November 2024 at the Foundation’s Registered Office, Xavier College, 135 Barkers Road, Kew 3101 by post or email to foundation@xavier.vic.edu.au.
